Jeffreys Bay's Climate
Jeffreys Bay receives over 420 mm of rain per year and has no set rainy season. January only gets a average of 25 mm of rain and is the driest month of the year and October has proofed to be the wet month of the year with just over 40mm of rain. February afternoons in J-Bay only reaches a maximum of 24.7°C and then the mid winter afternoons max out just a little lower at 18.9°C (July). The coldest month is July that forces the mercury as low as 8.1°C on average. The colder months is generally better for surfing, therefore June/July is Billabong Pro month. Decembers is sunny and warm, inviting thousands of holiday makers to the golden beaches of Jeffreys. J-Bay has a perfect climate for tourism and a must on any travelers itinerary.
