The Herald Cycle Tour - 30 January 2010 to 01 February 2010

There will be three routes to choose from, 85km , 65km, 42km.  85km goes through rough and technical terrain in Addo.  65km will wind along the Zuurberg Pass and into the valley below.  42km is the senic route through citrus orchards.

Amatola 100km trail run 20 to 21 October 2010

Following the hiking trail from Maden Dam across the Amatola mountains to the overnight stop at Cata.  The trail ends in Hogs back the next day.  This well organized event is a must for all athletes who loves a challenge.

16 Teams will go head to head to see who is the Sevens champions.  Other school teams will also take part in this exiting event that should not be missed by any rugby supporter.  After the event South Africa musicians will entertain the crowed with home grown tunes.

Aspen Port Elizabeth City Marathon 5 December 2010

This 42.2km marathon starts at Lorraine Primary school.  The event is open to everyone even for those of you that would rather walk the entire distance.  There is also the 10km option that will start one hour later (6AM)
