  20. Guests attend this establishment at their own risks. The Proprietor, its Agents and/or its Employees shall not be liable for, and the Guests hereby waive and abandon any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage and death, cause by and/or of whatever nature, against the Proprietor, Agents and/or employees default, negligence or otherwise.
